Customer Service Rep

We are looking for self-driven, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to join our Call Center professionals at our corporate office in Miami Lakes, FL. We pride ourselves on providing an awesome experience to our clients, so bring your knowledge, skills, and can-do spirit to become a part of our extended family!

Responsibilities:

• Interact with warm leads via Phone/Email/Chat/Text Messages with car sellers.
• Provide excellent process support to our clients and partners.
• Troubleshoot communication gaps & resolve logistical challenges.
• Drive Positive Attitude and Team Spirit
• Convert Leads to Sales


Requirements:

• At least 2 year of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Exceptional telephone Etiquette
• Positive, Outgoing and Team-Player attitude
• Great Active Listening Skills
• Must pass in-house paid training period of 14 days.
