Sr. Sales Associate

We're looking for self-driven, competitive, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to join our company in a sales capacity at our corporate office in Miami Lakes, FL. We pride ourselves on providing an awesome experience to our clients, so bring your knowledge, skills, and can-do spirit to become a part of our extended family!

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, maintain and build relationships with CarBrain’s new and existing customers, external business partners, internal colleagues and the community we serve via telephonic communication, in person as well as in a virtual settings such as web chat.
• Interact with clients via Phone/Email/Chat/Text Messages
• Provide excellent process support to our clients and partners
• Troubleshoot communication gaps & resolve logistical challenges
• Drive Positive Attitude and Team Spirit
• Convert Leads to Sales


Requirements:

• At least 2 year of demonstrated sales experience
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Exceptional telephone Etiquette
• Positive, Outgoing and Team-Player attitude
• Competitive Drive
• Great Active Listening Skills
• Must pass in-house paid training period of 14 days
